Andrea and her daughter Quila volunteered with us on the Turtle Conservation project on the Osa Peninsula in August of 2018. This is their review.
“We just returned home at midnight last night. I want to thank you so much for helping me to organize our time in Costa Rica!!
The time at the turtle project was absolutely wonderful! We saw a female turtle make her nest and lay her eggs, baby turtles leave their nest and head to sea, and so many other absolutely beautiful sights as well. Monkeys, red eyed tree frogs, lizards, birds, etc. — every single day was magical. The other volunteers were all so kind, friendly and dedicated and we enjoyed our time with them. Valeska is was so kind and helpful and her place is so beautiful. The boat tour with Phoebe was amazing, she is such an impassioned, kind woman! . Quila learned so much and gained so much as did I!
Luna Lodge is simply breathtaking. The ride their was so beautiful and unreal! We did a tour of Corcovado that was magical. The Lagoon Tour was so so beautiful and the Night Walk was full of amazing night creatures. Our guides were so knowledgeable, kind and passionate. They connected with with Quila and she was in heaven, as was I.
Every single person we met during our entire time in Costa Rica was kind and friendly (seriously). Our time there was enriching, meaningful and so beautiful.
Thank you again for helping me to plan our time in Costa Rica, I truly am grateful. I wish you well and hope our paths cross again.
Andrea”
